She is strong which is common for her kind. Her mother gave her rather fair, soft-looking skin under her fur. ur'Sa inherited vertical-slit pupils that can open wide to encompass almost the entire eye, allowing ur'Sa to see better in the dark than most humanoids. ur'Sa has a short, cute tail, and digitigrade feet, meaning she walks on her tiptoes like animals with paws. ur'Sa has heterochromia iridum which in her case gives her two different colored eyes. This does not affect her vision in any way shape or form though. |

Personality & Traits
General Overview | Being from a matriarchal society where females have been in more dominant and leadership roles than in other societies; Doctor M'jora may come across as more self-assured, or masculine than females of another race. Some humans might think of her as a tomboy. Dr. M'jora is an easy-going free-spirited individual. She is loyal to her coworkers, teammates, and superiors. When on duty she has a higher than average work ethic, and is focused on the task at hand, and works well with others. She isn’t however a “stick-in-the-mud” and doesn’t mind a bit of fun and perhaps some flirting from time-to-time. Though, she is always a consummate professional. Due to her kind being rare and not very well traveled in the Federation Dr. M'jora quite often feels like she is being excluded or the odd one out. However, she doesn’t let this break her and she is on the constant lookout for a new friend, companion, or partner. Dr. M'jora likes to try new things, and she likes to be invited to and enjoy new activities. She enjoys a variety of arts including fictional stories, and comics. She sometimes likes to partake in holo-adventures involving the characters she has read about. Unlike Ursidae of other planets including Earth, al'Hmatti are sociable and members of a clan can become very open and close. Their ideas of personal space and privacy are very spartan and they are known to prefer their natural state when among friends and family. Intimacy outside of estrus is encouraged and common between all and any members and may include heterosexual and/or homosexual pairings. Many members of al'Hmatti are openly pansexual or omnisexual. The al'Hmatti believe their openness has fostered a peaceful open society for all. ur'Sa enjoys the company of others and will often seek them out, including the sort of interactions that she complains she doesn’t ever get. Beware, one of her kind’s most common form of greeting, instead of a handshake, is a friendly hug. Most al'Hmatti on her planet don’t have the same social inhibitions about personal space and affectionate touching that many humanoids do, and as a result M'jora may make others slightly uncomfortable until they get used to her affections. Finally, like many furry mammalians when not on duty al’Hmatti tend to have slightly less modesty than the average non-furred humanoid. |

Strengths & Weaknesses | +While not nearly as broad-spoken as Kazarites, some al'Hmatti can “communicate” with other more intelligent large mammalian carnivores; including but not limited to Ursidae and Canidae. +Nearly a century and a half of experience +Size and Stature +Better than average vision. +Well insulated fur-coat – Some primal communications can be harder to understand – Size and Stature (“No, I don’t think the [Federation] had [al'Hmatti] in mind when they designed [them] Chewie”) – Social miscues – Danger of overheating limits EVA duration |

Ambitions | Dr. M'jora strives to be the best leader of her medical team, she can possibly be. She strives to eventually transfer to command department in order to become an executive officer of, and eventually command of a medical starship. | |
Hobbies & Interests | Collects and reads a large variety and age groups of, digital as well as real graphic novels and comic books, manga, and henti. Board and card gaming. Holo-hunting. Personal History | COMPANIONS: Dr. M'jora has a neurological disability that grants her the use of – for lack of a better term – service animal(s). However thorough screening from Starfleet Medical has cleared her for duty. These are protected under the “Federations with Disabilities Act of 2161.” Her current set is a pair of twin litter-mate sentient canid-like marsupials uncannily like the extinct Thylacinid (a.k.a. Tasmanian Wolf). Large animals with tall pointy ears, long face, and a long bushy tail. Each being is between 48kg - 79kg. They have medium length dual-coat fur each with their own unique coat-pattern. Sombra is the male with a so-called ‘panda’ coat which looks something like a calico coat. had a scrotal pouch, unique amongst other marsupials, into which they could withdraw their scrotal sac for protection. Sombra is required to attend Dr. M'jora everywhere; often even surgery. He has a special suit which allows him to do so. He is accustomed to finding the most out of the way place to be secluded, but he still needs to be in the same room in order to perform his job. It has been proposed – though not put into practice – that in cases where his direct presence may be prohibitive, a holo-type projection of him might be used. Luna (usually Luuna) is the black & tan sable ‘silver’ coat bitch, sister and twin to Sombra even though they look nothing alike – particularly in coat. Being a thylacinid-bitch Luuna has a pouch with eight teats instead of four, but unlike many other marsupials, the pouch opens to the rear of her body. Luna is strictly protective of M'jora and is a registered security officer trained in search and rescue (SAR/S&R), and cadaver recovery, and even a form of basic rudimentary CPR. Luna is fiercely loyal and attuned to her partner. Regardless of her actual duty status, she will obsessively assign herself “guard duty.” Luna is not necessarily required to be with M'jora, but frequently accompanies her, sometimes in place of Sombra as the situation entails. Both beings are very loyal, fun loving and gentle. Due to phenomenal communication skills with their handler and average-level intelligence, they are well trained, and – to the pride of ur'Sa – are completely capable of being fully under control without the use of physical restraints. Both individuals have very unique personalities, and each have very close-… |
