| General Overview | A dedicated officer, with a dark side. Tries to use his sarcastic whit ease tension during stressful situations...or any situation that calls for a snide comment. David has a lot of anger and resentment built up and repressed. Doesn't make friends easy. He has a very analytical and tactically sound mind, and an ability to see 'the big picture'. | Personal History | 2352 - Born on Earth, Belfast Ireland. 2356 - Family moved to Eugene Oregon. 2361 - Family moved to Trenton New Jersey. 2370 - Entered Starfleet Academy. 2374 - Graduated from Starfleet Academy. 2375 - Married Megan Collins. Mother killed aboard the USS Laramie during the battle to liberate Betazed. 2392 - Megan is killed aboard the USS Pegasus-B when the ship engaged the rouge USS Hattori, stopping a Section 31 plot. After reading the incident reports and reviewing all logs, David placed sole blame on Fleet Admiral Bremer for Megan's death. Filled with hate and rage, David tried to have charged filled against Bremer but Starfleet JAG didn't believe changes were warranted. David requested transfer to a ship or starbase in the Alpha Quadrant, but the requests were denied. 2394 - David is assigned to the USS Ottawa, an Insignia class ship, assigned to the Ares Operational Theater, in the Beta Quadrant, as Chief Intelligence Officer. |

| Service Record | 2370 - Entered Starfleet Academy. Took classes specializing in Tactical, Intelligence gathering and analysis, and Piloting 2374 - Graduated from Starfleet Academy. Assigned to the USS Atlantis as a Security/Tactical officer. Transferred to the USS Constantinople just before the Federation Alliance attack on the Chin'Toka system due to a crew shortage aboard the Constantinople. During the battle, David had to take over the Tactical Station after the Chief Tactical Officer was wounded. David, wounded as well, received a battlefield promotion to the rank of Lieutenant JG following the battle by the 'Nople's Commanding Officer, Admiral Sorac. David also received the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. 2375 - Reassigned to the USS Falcon as an Intelligence Office. Met his future wife, Megan Collins who was an Engineering Officer, aboard the Falcon. Took part in the USS Falcon's raid on the Dominion Ketracel-White facility in the Pelosa system. Later in the year, his mother is killed and father wounded aboard the USS Laramie during the battle to liberate Betazed. After the war, David and Megan were reassigned to Starbase 23.
