Mission: Countdown

The USS Juno gets orders to leave Empok Nor, and set a course for the Gamma Quadrant. The USS Juno, was chasing after the freighter that had been attacked. Lieutenant Xalanth is able to track the coordinates of the freighter the SS Kiyoko.

[0500] Early in the morning on 06/01/2394, Captain Charlena Dilucca and Lieutenant Xalanth are working out in the gym, when she feels ill. At first thy think she is pregnant, but further testing proves that wrong.

[0900] T'Meela, Kimoni, T'San and Orson are conducting tests on Orson, to learn more about him. They are hopeful of the test results.

[1020] Weapons fire confirms the SS Kiyoko was attacked by the Gilan Pirate Guild. But they did not have a lot of information, Captain Anderson orders his first officer to lead a mission over to the SS Kiyoko to findout what happened. The away team beams over and discovers they took his daughter. He orders a pursuit course immediately.

Commander Bervag Bers, Lieutenant Xalanth, Lieutenant Kimoni Jexen, Captain Charlena Dilucca, Lieutenant JG T'para and Ensign Rixx prepared their away team and beamed over to the SS Kiyoko. Bervag had the sad pleasure of telling his captain that the Gilan Pirate Guild kidnapped his daughter.

[1030] Captain Anderson debriefs Commodore Martinez on the situation. He tells the Commodore that SS Kiyoko was attacked. As soon as they are in range they are sending over an away team to assess the situation.

[1100] Carly starts to become board on the USS Juno. She had kept herself bottled up in her room. She had been passing the time by drawing images in her bedroom.

[1115] The away team returns and starts to chase after the Gilan Pirate Guild ship. Captain Anderson was not going to allow them to escape. Lieutenant Xalanth reports the ship is heading close to known Crescent of Sephira space. It was starting to become clear to the crew the Crescent had paid the pirates to capture his daughter.

[1200] Captain Anderson totally misses every opportunity to talk to Carly, because he was so occupied with finding Kerja, that he does not know that she couped up and alone in their quarters. Instead he tries to have a quiet lunch in the captains private mess, when Dan decides to talk to him. They talk about Kerja's abduction.

[1315] Captain Anderson checked in with Pecia is undercover intelligence officer, and gathered what data they had on former disgraced admiral leyton. She informs the captain that she believes his base of operations is in the alpha quadrant, and probably came to the gamma quadrant to secure some dilithium rights.

[1400] Carly can not handle the silence. She thought she wanted to be alone. But she discovered she did not want to be alone. She started to plot of series of pranks, that she was going to carry out on the crew.

[1430] Carly had enough, she was tired of being ignored and forgotten about. At first she thought she wanted to be alone. But she wanted her father to care, now she was going to make sure that he knew. She set off to start some pranks on the crew of the USS Juno.

Carly infected Kimoni with Garnite Bolites, and quietly left the room. She then proceeded to travel two decks down by Jeffries tube, and reached the air vents and put harmless glitter into the air vents.

Kimoni went to sickbay and reported what had happened, Xalanth did the fast search ever and confirmed that Carly Wilda was responsible for the attack on Kimoni. He has Carly placed in a holding cell. After a banter between Carly and Xalanth, he tells the captain to pick up his daughter from the brig.

[1530] The crew of the USS Juno, notice on long range sensors they are to late. The Gilan Pirate Guild exchange their prisoner for payment.

[1540] Amril Lu the Commander of the Wrath of Sephira, felt like she was miss informed about the offensive and defensive capabilities of the USS Juno. They were not able to stop the ship from taking back Kerja or disabling her. The ship got away which upset Amril, she blamed Siltar for this incident.

[1600] The USS Ottawa escapes certain doom, and manages to activate its QSD, but not before taking severe damage. They manage to get back to the wormhole, and set a course of Starbase Port Royale. After the ship is secured and on route to the station. Harry decides to talk to his daughter, which he kept lock up in his ready room, after getting her sprung from the brig.

Harry has a long talk with Carly about her actions today, and they both meet up with Tera and Kerja in sickbay. The medical staff does not believe that Tera will make it through the night. She was badly injured during the rescue of Kerja.
