Mission: [USS Shanghai] S1, E5: Countdown
Location: USS Juno Bridge
Timeline: 06/01/2394, 1600 Hours

Everything had been counting down to this moment, thought Harry as he just returned from the brig, where he picked up Carly Wilda. He apologized to Xalanth for the actions of his little girl. Later today he would make time to see Kimoni and apologize to her.

But at the moment, he could not worry about Carly, he instead decided to keep her with him on the bridge, and eventually the ready room. The USS Juno rescued Kerja, but not before being attacked in the process.

Luckily there was no causalities, only a few injures. The USS Juno was able to escape the onslaught weapons fire of the five Crescent of Sephira's ships. The USS Juno took a pretty good beating, but they were able to activate the QSD and leave the area.

The USS Juno made it back to the wormhole, and set a course for Starbase Port Royale, the closest repair facility in this part of the galaxy.

Harry was greatful to have his little girl back. Kerja was back and he was happy, but would Tera be happy with him. Or would she try to run off again. Harry was not sure, but right now she was with Kerja down in sickbay, and he was on the bridge, dealing with Kerja's abductors.

Harry knew that Tera had been on one of the decks that were damaged by the Crescent, and was badly injured. He wanted to see Tera and Kerja to make sure they were okay. Also he needed to deal with Carly. But everyone and everything had a place and a time. And this was not the place nor the time to be dealing with Carly's shenanigans.

For the moment everyone was safe, the ship was out of danger, and heading to Starbase Port Royale to meet up with Commodore Domingo Martinez, and to get his ship repaired.

Harry walked into his ready room, and prepared to talk to Carly. They had a long conversation about her actions, like with Xalanth, she was trying to talk circles. Harry played her games and backed her a corner with the evidence, he tried to show restraint.

He apologized for ignoring her, which made her almost cry.

She asked about Tera and Kerja, they both decided to pay them a visit. Harry was informed by medical personal, they did not believe Tera was going to make it, but Kerja was okay, just roughened up a little bit.

The story ends with Carly and Harry hovering over a bed and talking to Kerja.
