Mission: [USS Shanghai] S1E2: Encounter in the Abyss
Location: Tactical Operations officers quarters.
Timeline: 05/13/2394 @ 0700

Xalanth smiled as he and T'para walked down the ship's corridors. After the party and the drinking, they both needed to go home and get some sleep. Xalanths yellow eyes couldn't help. but drift to his mate. She was wearing a short tight fitting red dress with a scale pattern not too dissimilar to his own scales.

The hybrid had obviously seen his eyes because she smiled as she pulled away and twirled around letting him see all of it. " I take it you like it?" she said grinning already knowing the answer.

" You look as beautiful as the brightest gems in the galaxy as you always do." He said reaching out his hand which she took as he pulled her close to him. She smiled as she leaned against him as they made there way back home to their small quarters. The door opened as they stepped in. It felt empty without the girls, even though they had been gone only a few hours. S

The familiar sound of a combadge rang as the babysitter asked if they were home. Pulling apart the two pulled apart as T'para headed for the bedroom as the lizard replied. " Yeah we're back you can bring them around."

Grinning he followed his mate who was removing the red heels from her feet. She smiled as he sat down next to her.

" The doctor explained what you'd asked her to do. Worrying about future kids? " She said turning to face him.

" Yes, you still want more children don't you?" The lizard asked as he looked into the eyes and face of his beloved.

" Off course i do." T'para replied as she pushed him back against the bed a massive smile on her face. " but I'd only want one more on this assignment. Not much room for expansion in here is there."

" You have a point. We barely have enough room for our current two." The lizard replied fondly as they both heard the main door open and two very familiar creaturs enter.

" Can you make sure they've been feed. I want to slip into something more appropriate?" T'para said grinning as she slid off him.

Giving a grin and a nod in reply the lizard slid off the bed. Time to get back to being a dad.
