Mission: [USS Shanghai] S1E2: Encounter in the Abyss
Location: Kimoni's Quarters
Timeline: MD+4 1000

Kimoni sat cross-legged on the deck of her quarters, Soft calming music playing in the background. She placed a hand on her belly, feeling Jexen move slightly.

Must be getting used to me. She thought to herself, at least she thought she thought it herself. It may well have been Jexen thinking that about her.

She closed her eyes, letting the calming music wash over her, It had only been 3 months since he'd become Jexen's host and she still had trouble at times separating her thoughts and Jexen's. Part of her worried about what she had become, if she'd be good enough Jexen. She knew she was Jexen's youngest host and that she had a lot live up too.

She opened her eyes, putting her thoughts aside for the moment.

"Computer, stop the music." She said, standing up as the music cut out.

She crossed to the replicator, "Tarkalian Tea." She took the drink seconds after it appeared and took a sip before placing the cup on her bedside table. She grabbed her uniform jacket from her bed and slipped it on before picking up her cup and crossing over to the console on her desk.

She sat down, placing her cup on the desk and began to play the last message she'd gotten from her sister.
