Mission: [USS Shanghai] S1, E5: Countdown
Location: CO Ready Room
Timeline: 06/01/2394, 1030 Hours

Domingo had a call coming in from the USS Juno. Dom knew this was going to be a personal matter, so he walked into his ready room. "Computer, open the channel with Commander Anderson." Said Domingo as he placed his cup of coffee on his desk. His monitor suddenly displayed.

"Commodore Martinez, congrats on your promotion sir." Said Harry, as he tried to keep his composure. His mind was racing, wondering how Kerja was doing? He felt guilty for letting her go, but he had no legal grounds to keep her. Tera placed her in harms way.

"I heard about the attack on the SS Kiyoko, have you made contact yet?" Asked Domingo, as he looked to see and hear what Harry had to say.

"I sent Commander Bers and a small away team to ascertain the situation, the ship was damaged. Looks like communications is offline at the moment. The damage appears to be superficial sir." Said Harry, wondering if they forced the enemy ship to flea before they finished, or if they got what every they were looking for.

"Keep me informed on their process, Captain." Said Domingo. He was still trying to get use to the idea of being a flag officer, and now in command of a small group of ships and a station.

"How are you doing Sir, made it Port Royale?" Asked Harry, he was trying to distract his mind.

"Not yet, were delayed, the new Skipper of the Ottawa and her XO, just got married on Risa. We are heading to our rendezvous." Said Domingo, wondering how Sarah was handling the news that she was going to be a diplomatic director on the new station.

He hoped she was ready for this assignment. Domingo took a sip from his coffee.

"Sounds like we both have our hands full sir." Said Harry as he went on. "I will keep you informed of any progress." Said Harry, as he looked to close the channel. He just wanted to report in with Domingo.

"Yes we do. I won't keep you. Martinez out." Said Domingo as the channel closed.
