Mission: [New Haven] S1, E1: The Emissary's Return
Location: USS Wallace
Timeline: MD001 2000 hrs

"I've seen that look before Dom." Sarah said, even though she had seen it before. She could not help but agree with him.

"They have a things to work out. Maybe after this new government has things figured out, they can ask for membership. Right now it seems like they need assistance, than actual membership." Domingo said, as he sat down inside the runabout community area, the area that was part kitchen, part living room, part conference and completely inconvenient when you want to have a private meeting.

"I'm sure the Federation would be willing to send assistance to the Glosian Empire. They have travelled so far, to find this new home." Sarah said, feeling a little sorry for the race, and what they have been through.

"Do you think they would be willing to allow us to establish an Embassy on their home world?" Sarah asked. She was curious what Domingo was thinking at this very moment.

She knew he was not in favor of membership, but were they ready to cut all ties, or try to help them out.

"It's on our natural to help out others, maybe with some carefully chosen words. We may get to establish an embassy here on Glosia." Domingo said, wishing that he had paid more attention in cultural negations courses, back in his academy days.

"Will get through this, if I know one. You always get the job done!" Sarah said trying to cheer him up. Things did look a little down, at the moment.

"Thanks Sarah." Said Domingo as the scene starts to end, with both of them strategizing what to do next. Luckily they had all night to strategize.
