Mission: [USS Shanghai] S1E2: Encounter in the Abyss
Location: Crescent homeworld
Timeline: 05/13/2394 @ 2015 Hours

Amilla walked in to her throneroom. It wasn't a very big room, light was scarce. There was a chair and a desk. She sat down behind her desk. She didn't want any big throneroom, too many people would be able to get in. A small group would be good enough in her mind.

There was a window in her room that looked over her realm. A moon was out. That was practically day light for them. She closed her eyes. "Orson, dear, will you join me in my throneroom?" It sounded like a question, but she knew that Orson knew it wasn't a request. She never made request, she reqired full obedience all the time. And she always got it.

Orson heard his name and immediately dropped what he was doing to follow Amilias "request". "You called, Grandmother" he said, very respectfully.

She took of her cloak and hung it on her chair. She walked over to him. "There you are, Orson. Look at you, all grown up. You are almost ready to be bonded. But before you do I have a special task. If you succeed I will let you choose your mates of your own choosing, how does that sound to you?"

He nodded. "I'll do my best, Grandmother." he replied.

She walked around Orson and then put her arms gently around him from behind. She gently stroke his face. "You're not still angry about what I did with your mother, do you?" She walked back to face him. "Don't worry she will be fine, but she failed me, she failed Sephira, and I can't tolerated failure. Remember that, cause if you fail me, I will do far worse." She laughed softly as she pulled his face close to his. "You won't fail me, right?" Her tone was more serious now.

He shuddered at that prospect. Even though he still felt a certain amout of ill will towards Amilia regarding the treatment of his mother, he still nkew his place. The prospect of "far worse" scared him to death. He didn't answer the first question. "I will not fail, Grandmother." he said, nodding, trying not to let his feelings show.

"Good!" She let him go and walked to her chair and sat down. She crossed her legs. "Now, close your eyes, I am going to show you something." She watched him close his eyes and then she showed him an image that she obtained from Tera. It was her daughter. "Do you she that girl?"

"I do." he replied

She opened her eyes again. "I want you to get her for me, alive! As a willing follower of Sephira ofcourse. Use whatever charm you have in you. If you like her you can even have her if you want." She got up again. "And to get close to her, you are going to defect to the federation. " She continued, "You will help them safe the lieutenant and you will give the information about us that they want. Put up a convincing show!"

He nodded. He couldn't believe his own ears. Defect to the federation. Help them. He nodded and smiled. "Of course, Grandmother. Alive. I'll put up the best show possible, Grandmother."

"Good, and when you convinced them and you have the girl on her knees for you, you lead them in to my trap. Oh yea sorry, the girl is just for my amusement, or yours if you want her. It would still amuse me either way. Anyway, it is our mission to cleanse the federation, I think your job here is clear now right? Make me proud, Orson!" She said.

"Yes, Grandmother." he said. "I'll do my best to achieve my goal." he smiled

Amilla smiled back. "You may leave now, I think you have to prepare for the coming of a starfleet ship."

He nodded. And bowed respectifully. "At once, Grandmother."

Amilla looked almost satisfied as he left. She was quite confident of her victory.
