Mission: [USS Shanghai] S1E2: Encounter in the Abyss
Location: USS Juno
Timeline: 05/14/2394, 13:10 Hrs

Bervag paced around the room, bored to death really. There wasn't really anything that he could do at the moment, with Kimoni and T'San doing their science thing. Liking with Bers helped a little, but he was still a little antsy. He saw Janie sitting over by a biobed. He walked over and then stopped short, spinning in his track and walking over to where Kerja, or rather her body, sat. Near a replicator. He was tempted to order something but thought better of it.

"Janie?" he said, half questioning. Antsiness and anxiety ruling his thought for a minute. "That's you right?" he asked. "Bervag." he said, blushing. Teenagers he thought.

"Yeah," Janie replied. It took her only seconds to realized he'd been in two teenage girls bodies in the course of the last couple of days and although she was sure that wasn't funny for him it highly amused her and she couldn't help but fall into a fit of giggles over the situation. At least she knew what it was like to be a fourteen year old girl. "Sorry," she said sucking in breath. "It's really not funny."

A look of slight annoyance came across T'Meelas features. As if to say "Really?" He did chuckle however. He was calming down, but he still was a little antsy.

"Umm..you want to do something. Kimono and T'San are doing their science thing. I just need something to do. You know?"

"Move around? Sure. What kind of trouble can two teenage girls possibly get into?" She grinned at him. "I have an idea. Follow me." First she looked to make sure neither T'San or Kimoni were paying attention to their exit then she headed for the nearest turbolift.

Bervag eagerly followed. He allowed himself to giggle as he followed.

Janie thought this was all a bid odd, it was still Bervag in personality, only without all the other lifetimes of experience but in body it was something else entirely. She tried not to think about it too much. When they stepped off the turbolift she skipped to the first door she came to and tapped the time. Then she turned to Bervag, grinned and took of running.

Bervag had a bewildered look on his face as he saw Janie run off giggling. Must be a human thing he thought, joining the laughter. He shook his head and started to run after her.

"You're face," She was clutching the side of Kerja's body, out of breath from both running and laughing so hard. "Sorry, it's just . . . that was so fun. I haven't done anything like that in years."

Bervag had to admit he felt a certain amount of excitement. He'd never done anything like that in...ever. And he was loving it. After all it was a distraction from all the switching and everything. "Why sorry? It's all good." he grinned.

"The expression on your . . . her face was just hilarious. Okay, so maybe I went a bit overboard but would you have ever considered doing this in your own body? Sometimes being an adult is all about responsibility, especially if you're the first officer of a starship."

"Gotta admit, no," he grinned. "But it felt great! I was feeling rather....off. Back in sickbay. It felt good to just let my hair down, so to speak, and just let the moment take me where it may." Bervag said.

"Yeah, I figured you needed a distraction." She grinned mischievously. "Want to try it again?"

"Why not?" he returned the grin
