Mission:
[New Haven] S1, E1: The Emissary's Return
Location: Port Royal holodeck
Orson walked about a holodeck recreation a Paris France. He had on a hoodie, and brown cargo pants. Which was pretty much his entire wardrobe. Also he had sunglasses on, which was the norm as light hurt his eyes.
Growing ever more adventurous, he decided to make it early afternoon so that he can actually experience light. He walked aimlessly not really expecting anyone to show up, but secretly hoping someone did.
As if on cue, the door is open.
T'Meela was told by the computer Orson was on the holodeck. She looked around the city she knew all to well. She visited it a lot when her parents lived there. It was early after noon, which would be just like Orson, seeing his sensitivity for light.
She walked over to the Notre Dame. She stopped. The place was quiet, as if she was all alone there. No people. "Orson?" She called through the empty deserted city.
"T"Meela?"Orson called out. "Over here by this fountain"
She scanned the place and finally saw Orson and the fountain. She went over there and looked to him. This was all new to her. She was Vulcan. Expressing emotion was something she hasn't really done in her life. How was she able to control them if she let them out. She took a deep breath and took his hands. She looked him in the eyes and then slightly smiled. "What a beautiful place you chose."
Orson blushed. "Thanks thanks. T'Meela" he smiled, awkwardly as he held her hands. "Want to walk?" He asked, heart racing.
T'Meela looked up to him, and said, "Yes...no...Yes." She then pulled him close as her lips met his. She pulled back. "I am sorry...I..." She was still holding hands as she held him close.
Orson blushed and blinked. "Why do you apologise. Did you want to? Because I certainly was not offended." He said. He smiled, and placed his lips on hers.
T'Meela felt his lips on hers and her heart racing so fast she couldn't control it. No, She said telepathically. You hide your feelings well, I wasn't sure." She pulled her hands from his, while continuing to kiss him, she put her arms around him pulling him close to her.
I've been practicing, T'Meela Orson replied, embracing her in kind. His own heart raced as the kiss continued, the Parisian landscape providing an excellent background.
She held on the kiss as long as she could before letting go. She felt her own heart and then she could feel his. She was panting a little as she moved her hands up to his face. She placed her hands on his face. "Orson," she whispered as she tried to make a link with his mind.
"Yes?" He whispered back.
She gently took is sunglasses off that dampened his mental abilities as well. She sat down on the edge of the fountain, pulling him next to her. She could tell he was probing her mind as she gently put her fingers on his cheek. She wasn't sure if this was ever attempted before. She felt his dark eyes, piercing in her mind. She wasn't scared. "Orson, I would like to melt with you. I would like to be your betrothed." She knew her parents didn't arrange her marriage. The only in her family that had an arranged marriage was her brother Sotaak. And she knew right now that she trusted Orson.
"Betrothed? As in marriage?"Orson honestly asked. He thought it over. He then remembered that it was T'Meela who'd been his friend since he arrived, and now it's blossmed into something there that wasn't there before. He nodded. "Yes, T' Meela." He said.
"Since meeting you Ive been exposed to so many new things, and I am soo thankful. You've set me out on a journey, and you've been a wonderful guide, friend, and more. So..yes."
Ever since the body switch she was getting emotions coming to her. Bit by bit, she experienced a new one. And right now something welled inside her as Orson spoke those words to her. Her normal response would be to suppress it, but now holding her hands on his face. And feeling the connection the two were having mentally, she couldn't. But she couldn't care much about it. And almost like a rising sun, her lips curled in to a smile. She allowed herself to smile as she continued looking to Orson. She was at a loss of words now as the happy emotion seemed to overwhelm her.
Orson, through the connection was warmed by T'Meelas happiness. And his own was added to it. It was a wonderful feeling. One he didn't wish to end.
After a few minutes she got control again. She pulled him close to her and then put her lips on his again. Somehow like a grasp to get the feeling back again and to feel real close to him. She could now feel two hearts beat like one. She left go of his face and gently laid them on his shoulder and still held him close.
Orson just continued to hold T'Meela as the scene fades.
